rankedhvac.com is a marketing page for a service offer run by Noontide Collective. We collect a small amount of contact information from operators who apply for the offer, and we treat it like adults treat each other's contact info. The short version: we use it to talk to you, and that's it.

What we collect

When you submit the application form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Business name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Service-area ZIP code

That's it. No payment info, no documents, no scraping of other data sources.

What we do with it

We use what you submit to:

  • Notify our team you applied (via a Telegram message)
  • Pre-fill your booking on Cal.com when you continue to the calendar step
  • Follow up by email or phone if you don't book a call within a few days

That's the entire purpose. Your contact info isn't added to a newsletter, a separate marketing list, or any other communication you didn't ask for.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your contact information to anyone. We don't share it with other agencies, lead brokers, or data resellers. If something changes here, we'll update this page first.

Analytics and ad tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure how visitors find and use the page, and Google Ads conversion tracking to attribute form submissions to specific ad campaigns. If we run ads on Facebook or Instagram, the Meta Pixel may also be installed to do the same for those campaigns.

These tools may collect standard analytics data: page views, session details, approximate location, device and browser information, and identifiers stored in cookies. When you submit the form, fields like email and phone may be hashed (one-way scrambled — not readable as your raw identity) and shared with Google or Meta solely so they can tell us whether the ad you saw led to a real conversion. We don't share your raw contact info with these platforms for any other purpose.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage Facebook ad personalization at Facebook Ad Preferences.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager set cookies for measurement. The form also temporarily saves a backup copy of your submission in your browser's localStorage in case our server doesn't receive it — that backup stays on your device only and never leaves it. You can clear it any time via your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.

Third parties involved

  • Cloudflare — hosts this site and processes form submissions via a Pages Function
  • Telegram — receives a notification when you submit the form
  • Cal.com — handles the booking calendar after the form
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) — as described above
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — if and when we run ads on those platforms

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy. We rely on them to handle the data we route through them responsibly.
